Mike Walsh

Bio:

Co-creator of Ritual Recordings and Pantydrop Music in Boston, MA, Mike has been known for guilty indulgences in bottom-heavy sounds and pushing the boundaries of sonic house music across North America. In the clubs, at nights like Spacecakes and Vapor Saturdays, Mike showcased his ear for esoteric and interesting house music. On the air, mike and dj/producer Dylan Drazen spawned Radio Babylon / Revolutions on WERS FM 88.9. On the ground, mike co-created two Boston house labels and helped launch a DJ-mix LP series with Berklee School of Music. More recently, he returns from a series of shows in Miami, NYC (Tonic), Nova Scotia, Vancouver BC and, of course, Boston. Mike has played alongside such artists as: Mark Farina, Demarkus Lewis, Eddie Richards, Joeski, Frankie Bones, Morgan Geist, Swirl People. He will also be headlining the Evolve Festival this summer in Nova Scotia with label partner Randy Deshaies for a special performance on four turntables.
